1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ChainTwin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@chaintwin.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or copy any portion of the Service without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.
• Bypass any security or rate-limiting measures.
• Use the Service to ship, list, or describe items prohibited under Saudi Customs (ZATCA), SFDA, or SABER regulations.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent shipment information.

4. Data Ownership

Your data: Shipment data, invoices, and customer records you upload remain your property. You grant ChainTwin a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

Our data: All aggregated pricing intelligence, HS-code data, route metadata, UI design, code, branding, and proprietary AI prompts remain the exclusive property of ChainTwin. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish any of this data without written permission.

5. Pricing and Quotes

All shipping prices, customs duty estimates, and transit times shown are indicative estimates. Final pricing is confirmed by the assigned freight forwarder. ChainTwin does not guarantee any specific price, transit time, or customs outcome.

6. Saudi Customs Compliance

The Service provides AI-assisted compliance guidance based on publicly available regulations from ZATCA, SFDA, SABER, and the Saudi General Authority of Customs. This guidance is informational onlyand does not constitute legal or customs advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your shipments comply with applicable laws.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in scraping, brute-force, or other abusive behavior.
• Attempt to ship prohibited or restricted items.
• Provide false identity or business information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainTwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, cargo damage, customs penalties, or business interruption.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
